An Lár, Dunlavin, Wicklow
Hosted by Sarah Hourigan & Sinéad Byrne
Join us for an Imbolc gathering to honor the Celtic festival of light, new beginnings, and the promise of spring. This immersive event will guide you through a series of rituals, reflections, and practices designed to nourish your spirit, connect with ancient Celtic traditions, and awaken the energy of transformation within you.
What to Expect:
Opening Circle:
We’ll begin with an opening circle to connect as a group and set our intentions for the session. Together, we’ll create a safe, nurturing space for all to reflect and share.
Journaling & Reflection:
As we move through the event, you’ll have time to journal and explore your inner landscape. Guided prompts will help you reflect on your personal journey and the themes of renewal, light, and growth that Imbolc invites.
Celtic Wheel:
Learn about the Celtic Wheel of the Year and the wisdom it offers for living in harmony with the seasons. We’ll share insights into Imbolc’s place on the Wheel and how it can inspire you to embrace new beginnings in your own life.
Honoring Brigid:
Brigid, the goddess of Imbolc, is a powerful figure of healing, creativity, and transformation. We’ll share her story, her significance, and how to invoke her energy.
St. Brigid’s Cross Making:
In honor of Brigid, you’ll have the opportunity to create your very own Brigid's Cross from natural materials. This craft is a beautiful way to connect with the traditions of the land.
Breathwork:
Breathe deeply and release what no longer serves you during a transformative breathwork session. Guided by experienced facilitator, you’ll use conscious breathing to clear energetic blockages, invite clarity, and awaken the life force energy of spring.
Closing Circle:
We’ll close the session by sharing our experiences, honouring our intentions, and holding space for any final reflections. This will be a time to celebrate the journey we’ve taken together and the light we carry forward.
