NTI Policies

Event Policies

  • All materials, resources and content provided are owned by NTI and are not to be redistributed for any purpose.

  • NTI reserves the right to change or cancel any event at any time without notice, including but not limited to date/ time/ location/ duration.

  • Event fees are non refundable/ transferable/ exchangeable.

  • If events are cancelled for reasons outside of NTIs control (e.g extreme weather, illness, bereavement, injury etc.) we will reschedule the event. If participants are unable to attend the rescheduled date they will not be entitled to a refund/ exchange/ transfer.

Outdoor

  • If a participant cannot attend an event they can transfer their place to another person, however, NTI is not responsible for the transfer of fees between participants.

  • During the event the itinerary may be subject to alteration/ cancellation/ duration change due to but not limited to extreme weather, group safety, delays. Refunds will not be issued in this case.

Online

  • Each participant is responsible for their own adequate internet connection.

  • Each session will start on time, if participants are due to be late or having any tech issues please advise us beforehand by email. We will not be able to check messages once the session has begun.

  • If for any reason the online call drops off, participants are advised to attempt to log back in using the same link/ login details, the host will admit them back to the call from the waiting room as soon as possible.

  • If the fault of the call dropping off is on NTI's behalf, we will send an updated link to the participants' email inbox. If for any reason this is not possible we will reschedule the call for a later date.

  • Sessions will not be recorded.
