Reconnect with Your Own Nature: A Hiking & Yoga Day Retreat

Join us for a day of rejuvenation, balance, and inner peace as we combine the transformative power of nature with the grounding practices of yoga and meditation. This immersive retreat will guide you through a serene hiking and forest bathing experience, followed by yoga and deep relaxation, all designed to restore your energy and nourish your body, mind, and soul.

What to Expect:

Guided Morning Hike: We’ll start our day with a gentle guided hike through stunning natural landscapes. As we walk together, we’ll immerse our senses in nature, allowing the rhythm of our steps to calm our minds and ground us in the present moment. The hike is designed to be accessible to all levels, with ample time to pause, reflect, and take in the beauty around us.

Forest Bathing: During our hike, we'll practice Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing—a mindful practice that encourages deep connection with nature. As we walk slowly through nature tailored invitations will help you awaken your senses and cultivate a profound sense of calm.

Meditation: Returning to quiet stillness indoors, we’ll engage in a guided meditation to center our energy. This practice will allow you to tap into your inner peace and connect more deeply with your surroundings, enhancing your sense of calm and mindfulness.

Yoga: Next, our yoga practice will be gentle yet revitalising suitable to all levels of experience where the focus will be on mindful movement and breath connection to help regulate the nervous system, ease any mental turbulence and anxiety and release built up stress and tension from the body.

Deep Relaxation: After our yoga session, allow the mind and body to rest deeply and completely while being supported and guided through a nourishing and restoring Yoga Nidra meditation where you can fully relax, release and let go.

Lunch Included: To nourish your body during a day of grounding practices, we’ll provide a wholesome, delicious food. Start your day with morning pastries and fresh fruit, paired with tea or coffee. Enjoy a fresh individual lunch of salad bowls to fuel you through the day.
